Mike: Urban Food Man
Working closely with the Cherry Films team we produced a micro-documentary on close friend and all round culinary rapscallion Michael Richardson. Titled Mike: Urban Food Man this is a story of free-wheeling, foraging and fresh fish. I created the titles and branded the premiere where everyone enjoyed some fantastic fodder courtesy of Mike and his talented team. You can find out more at www.mikeandollie.co.uk

ISBA Advice Hub
This interactive advice hub for ISBA members features a range of expert content and iconography that simplifies the complex area of production. Providing the branding and digital designs for the initiative I worked closely with a large team of industry experts to provide an easily digestible, holistic view of the entire production journey. The finished site utilised HTML 5 animation and a fully responsive template to ensure all can have access to the content on the go. Members can view the site at the link below, non-members can get a feel for what is on offer in this short video.

Roll Out the Barrel
To celebrate Cherry's fifth anniversary we held a good old fashioned 'cockney knees-up'. With the help of theatrical time-travellers Underbling and Vow we treated our nearest and dearest to a fun-filled night of sing-alongs in a proper East-End boozer. Such an event required a special invitation and I created a hand letterpressed, typographic ensemble fit for the finest of theatrical birthdays.

Signature Profiles
A Signature Profile aims to offer an honest and personal online presence in the form of a customised video introduction thats cuts through online noise. The initial designs featured here provided the base for the development of a custom identity mark and responsive website that would give potential clients a succinct but captivating insight into the service on offer. Bright colours and eloquent, approachable copy combined to give a step by step view of the process and benefits.

Communicar X
Teacake were invited to the tenth Communicar Design festival in Portugal. Presenting a lively lecture about having fun and being inspired we took everyone on a Teacake journey from the start to the present, highlighting the little bits of magic from the last seven years that have made Teacake what it is today. There were moments of mischief, typo-treats and Monty Python before we hosted a typographic workshop centred around the simple mantra that Word + Meaning = Magic.
Eggs No Soldiers + A Pint of Mixed
A Pint of Mixed and Eggs No Soldiers were a split venue installation of a special collection of photographs taken by the late Tom Culley. These two exhibitions of large-scale images offered a glimpse into the varied past times of one man and his closest companions. Discovered inadvertently, these images taken from a collection of over 5000 meticulously cherished slides portray life through the eyes of an accomplished amateur photographer.
Working closely with Teacake I was heavily involved in the curation and branding of the project creating exhibition posters, venue graphics, invites and letter-pressed beer matts in two strikingly playful colours. You can see more of what was on offer here.

Kate Danielson
This identity and responsive website design was created for producer, project manager and creative fundraiser Kate Danielson. Kate's work spans a variety of creative outputs and one, succinct but captivating point of contact was required. The website uses a minimal single page format to allow people to quickly and easily navigate down to the section they require. The site also works across a full range of device sizes and rather than the austerity of white we employed approachable, natural tones to distinguish between the information areas.

Port Street Beer House
This custom identity, collateral and website were created for an exciting drinking den in Manchester’s historic Northern Quarter. Port Street’s aim is to inject a touch of finesse into the local area with patrons swapping dancing for dominoes of an evening. To reflect the depth and range of the menu and activities on offer a fully interactive listing was built within the main PSBH site. The pints and punters are now flowing with equal measures of enthusiasm and my handy work can be seen on every glass.
